The Calm, Clarity and Focus workshop includes:

 

  • Methods for calming the body and mind

  • Ways to change your physiology from stressed to calm and from scatter brained to focused

  • Hints and tips to sustain calm, clarity and focus throughout the day

All workshops are interactive, fun and informative.

All sessions have Q&A time built in.

Session Length:

Choose from 2-3hrs up to a full day.
