Whether you have emailed me directly, via my website or signed up for receiving newsletters, your information is private and confidential.
Your data and how it is stored
You have a right to know how your data is being used and where it is stored. Currently there are three possible ways in which your data is held:
One is if you have emailed me directly. In this instance your email address goes into my ‘contacts’ list via a Google server. I can erase that at your request at any time.
The second way is if you have ever signed up to receive any newsletters from me. Then your email address is stored via MailChimp. You can unsubscribe at the bottom of any newsletter you receive or email me at email@example.com and asked to be removed.
The third way is if you contact me via my website. In this instance your data will go through the GoDaddy servers.
In all cases your data is stored on servers in the United States or United Kingdom.
Your right to be deleted completely
You have a right to be deleted completely and to do so simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and request to be deleted completely. This will erase any and all info stored from you in entirety.
If you have questions or concerns
If you have any questions or concerns whatsoever then please feel free to contact me at email@example.com.
